Voss Property Management is a full service property management company. Owner Richard Voss established the company in 2003 after seeing a need for his clients and agents affiliated with his real estate office at the time, Century 21 Peninsula Realty. Having been in real estate sales since 1992, and an owner of multiple investment properties, my business model is based on my personal experiences in handling of properties and tenants. In 2012, we joined the Windermere family as a way to better promote our services and rental listings. I understand the concerns and expectations of owners. Our goal is to have long term relationships with tenants and owners. We have experienced staff to help facilitate all aspects of the management cycle to include licensed Property Managers, Accounting Manager and a Maintenance Manager to help owners with improvements to their properties, and we have added a licensed and bonded construction company, VPM construction & remodeling. We aggressively qualify all prospective tenants, and inspect properties on a regular basis. We use the latest highly rated web based Appfolio Property Management software that has streamlined the accounting, marketing, and maintenance of our properties, which ultimately gives us more time to service the needs of our owners and tenants. All owners have access to their accounts anytime via the website. In keeping with Portland tradition as being a leader in environmentally friendly businesses, we try and minimize the need to use paper by direct deposit and owner statements via email. We currently service the Portland metro area and have a portfolio of single family, condominiums and multi-family units.
